About Stix

Stix is a physical handheld device designed to teach children aged 5–12 how to manage their feelings and big emotions through screen-free mindfulness exercises. Built-in voice guidance leads children through breathing instructions and movement-based activities, while sensory feedback helps increase focus and calm. Developed with psychologists and tested with children, Stix supports emotional regulation, reduces anxiety and improves daily focus — making it an ideal tool for neurodivergent children including those with ADHD and autism.
